For over 25 years, Valentino DiGiorgio has provided legal counsel to financial institutions, non-profits, commercial borrowers, local governments, real estate developers, and businesses of all sizes. Valentino earned a Bachelor of Business Administration from Temple University and a law degree from Villanova University School of Law in 1994.
He has held significant roles including assistant counsel to the Pennsylvania Department of Banking and as a lawyer in the Pennsylvania Senate. He spent over two decades at Stradley Ronon before founding his own practice. Valentino’s experience spans representing banks in regulatory compliance and commercial loans, as well as serving as bond counsel for over $4 billion in public and private financings. He also acted as Corporate & General Counsel for two national restaurant chains, navigating complex corporate matters, M&A, restructuring, and real estate during the pandemic.
As a result, Valentino understands and has managed a variety of issues facing business owners, especially in these challenges times, including:

Valentino recognizes the importance of community and public service. He was elected to and served two terms as the Chester County Controller where he was responsible for the overseeing the county’s finances, payroll and pension.
