Scott A. Lisgar, born in Springfield and raised in Bucks County, Pennsylvania, earned a B.A. in Business and Finance from West Chester University in 1995 and his J.D. from Widener University School of Law in 1998. Since 2003, he has been a partner at Keller, Lisgar & Williams, LLP, concentrating solely on family law matters—ranging from divorce, custody, and support disputes to adoption, guardianship, and protection‐from‐abuse petitions. He appears daily in the common pleas courts of Delaware, Philadelphia, Chester, Bucks, and Montgomery Counties, managing both straightforward dissolutions and complex, trial‐level cases. Over the past 12 years Scott has also served as an adjunct professor at Manor Community College, Bucks County Community College, and the University of Delaware, teaching Medical Law & Ethics, Business Law, and Torts, and delivers continuing‐education lectures in family law. An active member of the American, Pennsylvania, and Delaware County Bar Associations, he sits regularly as a court-appointed arbitrator. Outside the office, Scott coaches an elite travel baseball team, competes in triathlons (including the Louisville IRONMAN), skis, snowboards, and lives in Bucks County with his wife and two sons. He has been recognized in Main Line Today’s Top Lawyers and repeatedly named a Rising Star by Philadelphia Magazine.
