About Lawrence S. Rubin

I am a graduate of the Delaware Law School of Widener University and also hold a B.A. from Stony Brook University.  I've been practicing law since I was 25 years old.  I started my own practice in 1978, and been on my own since then.  I have handled thousands of bankruptcy, consumer law cases, but I also have substantial experience with litigation, family, criminal law, injuries and accidents, as well as appellate practice.  My practice is now primarily consumer debt and bankruptcy law matters.

Hired Attorney Lawrence S. Rubin

Lawrence Rubin’s demeanor is relaxed in style, although very professional. This worked best for me because it made me more comfortable addressing my issues with him. He definitely knows his business. When he explains a situation, it is clear and understandable which, again, puts me (or anybody else) at ease. I cannot thank him enough for all he has done for me, and I am very happy about the outcome of his efforts.

Mr. Rubin has been my attorney through a very difficult time in my life. He has done an outstanding job for me and my family and has delivered on all of his promises. He made sure I was always well prepared for each challenge I needed to overcome. He was also very compassionate and used his great sense of humor to get through some very intense situations. I will certainly recommend him in the future and will have the utmost confidence in doing so!!!
