Joe saved me not once but twice. all i can say is Joe is superman to me. He came in when i was so low and hopeless. I thought i was screwed for sure. Everything they threw at me Joe deflected. He was great when they shot at me it just bounced off him back at them. I don't know how he does it but he's my hero. Never go in alone if you don't have to get a good lawyer its worth it.What else can i say JOE IS SUPERMAN!
Mr. Malley filed a motion for me in criminal court but I could not get him to meet with me to give him vital information before the motion was ruled on. As a result he was just winging it while making his argument. The motion was denied. After that he handled a sentencing for me and still would not meet with me but argued very effectively and I won a favorable ruling. Since then I have been unable to get him to return any of my records. He puts me off and will not respond to any of my requests
I am extremely disappointed with the services provided by Joe Malley. Throughout my divorce proceedings, I felt that my best interests were not prioritized. Communication was poor, and I felt uninformed about the progress of my case. I found the attorney to be unresponsive and unhelpful, leading to a stressful and unsatisfactory experience.
This attorney and his paralegals messed up my case. I was told not to report to my insurance that this was an accident. I was told that they would figure it out in the end. I had other treatments for an illness and the bills got all messed up. I got a settlement and it was taken away by the government. (He told me I might get charged a "small" fee.)This is fraud in more ways than one. I truly would not recommend him, He now tells me if I need anymore service that he will have to charge me a fee. I don't want his service, he really screwed things up. I am VERY unhappy with his "so called" services.
