Her legal acumen led to an 18-year tenure as Deputy District Attorney for Delaware County, Pennsylvania, where she honed her prosecutorial skills.
Ms. Cella has also been actively involved in her community, serving as President of the Board of Commissioners of Marple Township, Pennsylvania, and contributing as a Marple Township Planning Commissioner and Municipal Solicitor.
