Hired Attorney Walter Timby III

Mr Timby is a knowledgeable attorney. My experience is he is subjective and vindictive to Contingent Beneficiaries. He does not faithfully serve the Beneficiary of the Trust as follows reasons: When faced with the requirement to foster communication between the Beneficiary, contingent beneficiaries and the Trustee, he favors domination by the Trustee. With all of the Trustee's attendant powers. Especially Power of Attorney for the Trust. Mr. Timby will only speak with the Trustee, and shuts off communication impulsively. Prefers Trustee to act alone & w/him. Even when a critical issue regarding the beneficiary is brought up, he will only discuss it with the Trustee, and listen to the Trustee's narrative Even when the Trustee is misrepresenting the facts. The Trustee's preferences are paramount because Mr Timby is beholden to the Trustee's priorities. The result is distress among the Beneficiaries about the injustice of this approach. It is very divisive. This is a 100% true BEWARE

Hired Law Firm

We went to their office for initial consultation of creating documentation for buying a small business. The lawyer we met Stephen Loester was very unprofessional, he took all the information from us, didnt provide much guidance/input at the meeting and told us he will contact me with their prices/fees, a week pass by and i dont hear from him, so i emailed him, he didnt respond to the email, so after couple of days i call him and very unprofessional on the phone. Never go to this Law firm.
