This lawyer also sentenced my family / loved ones, to torture, death and misery, due being completely callous and selfish, unwilling to spend a little time helping, only hurting. Frankly lawyers like this should not be allowed to practice law.

William G. Carter is a disaster as not only a lawyer, but as a human being. A shameless self promoter who cares about no one but himself, and is so self centered he doesn't realize it. Run away from this dumb A-Hole who is all about himself. He destroyed members of my family in their time of need due his greed, selfishness, ignorance and inability to exercise in meaningful critical thought. He even promoted a pedophile and helped give him money. This waste of breath should burn in hell.

The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*

• AV Preeminent®: The highest peer rating standard. This rating signifies that a large number of the lawyer’s peers rank him or her at the highest level of professional excellence for their legal knowledge, communication skills and ethical standards.
