Todd Maddox does not do his job and has no integrity. I hired this man to settle my father’s estate several years ago. After paying him a couple thousand dollars, the estate was never settled and is still in my father’s name. I am the only heir and there is no logical or legal reason other than the paperwork was never filed. Todd treated me quite poorly due to the fact that my father had a lot of debt (I paid it all) and he was a medical marijuana grower. Todd made a big deal out of this and he even asked his friend to come take pictures of my dad’s crop after his death. He then drafted a letter to each of the debtors asking them to send me to collections in order to force me to sell my dad’s property. Now Todd Maddox won’t even take my calls and I will have to hire another lawyer. In my opinion Todd is a criminal and I hope no one ever has to go through what I have been through.
