Absolutely amazing experience. Jamie and her office are fighting tooth and nail to help me with our case. They're all very sympathetic and genuinely care about their clients. We're still fighting in court but I know Jamie will do everything to make sure justice is served and all wrongs have been rectified.

In the past five years, I have been in and out of court with my former husband for any and every issue. In desperation I reached out to Rise Law and requested Jamie Hazlett. A good friend of mine knew her personally and pleaded my case. Jamie took my case in spite of not accepting new clients. She was compassionate, attentive, and saw that their was some major un-ethical bulllying going on legally against me with my former and his attorney....The "playing field" was grossly un-equal and needed to be changed for the safety and well-being of my children. Working with her was slow at first but finished with a bang. She was thorough and respectful and would use her again if need be.

I suggest that you pease contact the State Bar for the malpractice complaint filed in 2023 for negligence and serious monetary damages before you attempt to hire this firm. You don't want to hire Jamie Hazlett!

Waited over 2 weeks for an appointment that was scheduled on a Saturday. When the appointment date came it was a no show from Rise Law Firm. Me and another person that was also waiting outside to be seen received no communication and we were both left unseen. Monday I called, and Law Firm gave me no explanation and only scheduled me for a Wednesday Appt. On Tuesday I received an email stating that they will process a full refund, but they are unable to take my case. This is ridiculous that a firm will make you wait for an appt, do a no show then reschedule the appt to then say they cannot accept the case. I have now lost 3 weeks and need to now wait for another law firm to see me. Worst Service EVER.

First time in court with Ms Pitcher she didn't even recognize me because she had only met me once, we never discussed the case in person except for our 1st meeting when she asked for a $5000. down-payment. I paid over $30,000.+ for a lawyer that would charge a fee for each an every single thing they did. I was charged for a home phone message an a cellphone message. Yes, 2 separate fees for SAME message. I believe ea. fee was $25.. Even after I told them not to do that. Many filings and requests for more money from me. Ms Pitcher wasn't there to answer questions, she was sick or out of town. Rarely ever spoke to the same person twice, large turnover. My simple case was postponed several times. In the end I received less than ½ what I was asking for. Ms Pitcher said she would get my lawyer fees back by having ex pay them, that never happened. I would never ever recommend this office. I feel I was way over charged for the council I received. More concerned with money than helping client.

MALPRACTICE WARNING. They repeatedly filed things late, filed motions without attached orders, didn't file things at all. And then they lie on their billing after not doing their jobs.

This was the worst mistake hiring this law firm. Met the attorney, she maid it seem like it was so easy, and my requests were minor. All she kept doing was asking for more time with the court. She kept asking me the same questions , and this office sent me another clients information and paperwork. No matter how many times I answered the questions, I would still get a email asking me to fill out. They went through my 5,000.00 retainer and not even 1 min was spent in court. I lost my time, money to see my children. Save your time, money, personal information, and your case, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE... good luck hope this helps save you what I have been through...
