Kimberly J. Gehr, known as "Kj," is a Southern Oregon native and a dedicated attorney with a passion for advocacy. Since becoming a licensed attorney in 2017, she has been representing clients in various legal matters, but her journey began in 2014 during law school. As a court-certified law clerk for a busy firm in Albany, Oregon, Kj managed her own caseload while attending graduate school full-time. This unique experience provided her with invaluable skills in case management and trial work, preparing her for a demanding legal career.
Kj primarily practices in Jackson, Josephine, and Klamath Counties, with additional experience in several other Oregon counties. Her work includes representation at both the circuit court level and in Administrative Court. Kj values building strong relationships with opposing counsel, judges, and court staff, recognizing the importance of collaboration in achieving positive outcomes for her clients.
With 12 years of experience in the private sector prior to earning her JD and MBA from Willamette University, Kj brings strong communication, negotiation, and critical thinking skills to her practice. Outside of work, Kj and her husband Charles enjoy outdoor activities such as sailing, fly fishing, and camping, and are passionate advocates for preserving natural spaces.
