He is very honest, knowledgeable and helpful. He researched questions that he was not able to answer on the spot and got back to me promptly.
My father in law tried to update his Will.. mr tharps office didnt respond for over a month and unfortunately my father in law became very ill and passed... i have had several people ask for recommendations for estate planning and all I recommend is to NOT use Tharp
Went to an initial consultation and he seemed knowledgeable and friendly. We felt assured when we left that he could help us. However, shortly after our initial visit we ran into problems with family members trying to take my mother's household goods. We didn't know if it was legal or not and tried to call his office for advice for 3 weeks straight. Not once did he return our call and his office never answers the phone. As a result my mother let them in and they took tens of thousands of dollars saying they had a right to everything that they owned. I can't believe that Mr Tharp is still in business. I would highly recommend staying away from this practice.
