Hired Attorney

Mr. Campbell represented us in litigation concerning a defective product that the manufacturer had been unable to repair and refused to replace.. As the litigation went on, it became very apparent Mr. Campbell was more concerned with recovering enough money to cover his costs than helping us obtain a satisfactory conclusion. In fact, at one point he recommended we settle for his fees and getting us out of the contract without even recovering the money we had already lost.

Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*

• AV Preeminent®: The highest peer rating standard. This rating signifies that a large number of the lawyer’s peers rank him or her at the highest level of professional excellence for their legal knowledge, communication skills and ethical standards.
