Hired Attorney Mark O. Cottle

Mark was hired based on recommendations from business associates after another law firm had failed to get results over the span of several months. Mark is aggressive, smart and strategic. Mark was able to reach a settlement within just a few days after hiring him and based on that success I used Mark on other business related litigation for several years. I have nothing but good things to say about Mark and his legal services.

Hired Attorney Mark O. Cottle

Mr. Cottle was retained by my son for his divorce. In the beginning we were told he had a good case and should get a fair judgment. Amazingly every time we went back to him his story changed. After getting his retainer he switched from aggressive to passive and constantly pushed us to settle for whatever the opposing party wanted. We ended up firing him and ultimately wasted many thousands of dollars. Great attorney if you want to just give in totally to the other side, but if that’s what you want, why even hire an attorney. My advice: keep looking.

The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.
