Tim Bass is an accomplished trial attorney who focuses his practice on business practices, financial institution litigation, and construction disputes. He has substantial experience in commercial leases, real estate matters, insurance coverage contests, construction defect claims, employment claims, executive liability, business frauds, bonds, investments disputes, and personal injury/product liability lawsuits.
