Working with Ms. Koppel was fantastic. She was responsive and knowledgeable about federal sector labor law. She reviewed an agreement, provided research, and her balance opinion on whether or not to proceed with a MSPB complaint. I would recommend her again in a “heartbeat.”

I want to take a moment to express my deep appreciation for Ms. Koppel's outstanding help in explaining the laws and regulations regarding my reinstatement to my government position. As a probationary employee, it was incredibly difficult to obtain clear information from my union. This made the entire process confusing and frustrating. However, she went above and beyond to ensure I understood exactly how the process worked. She even put her lunch on hold with her husband to assist me, which shows how dedicated she was to helping me get the information I needed. Not once did I ever feel like a burden. She took the time to patiently walk me through everything, providing clarity where I had previously struggled to get answers. Her willingness to break down the complexities of the reinstatement process was invaluable to me. She showed expertise, patience, and selflessness that were truly exceptional. I cannot thank her enough for her support and knowledge.

I have worked with a few lawyers over my federal career; and was specifically looking for someone who had in depth knowledge and experience related to federal agencies. After receiving a recommendation from a friend, I reached out to Rosa to see if she was the right lawyer that could support me with my case. From the very beginning, Rosa provided nothing but support through her professional knowledge, advice, guidance and empathy that focused on me not just as a client but as a person. there were many difficult times during my case where I wonder if I was doing the right thing and Rosa would always provide me with facts that outlined both the pros and cons. When there was a subject that she may not have been familiar with; she did her due diligence and research to bring back to me the options to make an informed decision. Rosa made sure that I had clarity on all aspects of the case and ensure that all deadlines were met. With Rosa ‘s help I want my case. I highly recommend her !!
