Hired Attorney

I worked with Robert (Bob) Oliver during the process of understanding and closing my brothers Estate. He was extremely professional and knowledgeable, as well as very responsive to all of my (millions) of questions, as I have never had any dealings with closing an Estate. Emails and phone calls came in while on vacation with his family and/or out of town on business. I would highly recommend Robert and will definitely use him again if needed. Thank you, Bob for all you did for me and my family

Mr. Oliver explained to and advised myself and other family members in an in-person meeting about various legal options we could pursue to resolve a dispute. He also recommended negotiating a resolution using the services of a different legal office in a different city. He suggested the other lawyers would be familiar with the laws where the dispute took place. His support and advice led us to the right kind of attorney who in turn worked with us to write an agreement that led to a satisfactory resolution. Mr. Oliver gave us a clear explanation of the legal options but at the same time was understanding of the emotional views of all parties. He was professional and knowledgeable and I would trust him to assist us again for a future need.
