Stay away!!! If he represents the opposing party beware that he will rack up useless billable hours to both parties. This guy is completely disorganized and not a good lawyer. He provided a bad document to my fiancé for a simple prenup. Even though it was boilerplate, the prenup had issues that not one, but two different law firms I had review it wanted thousands to fix the problems. He didn’t listen to my fiancé in things she wanted and provided a non-solution. He doesn’t care because he gets more billable hours to fix his poor performance. The guy needs to retire because he can’t keep track of an attachment in an email. He will tell you he never received the email, then tells you he doesn’t like email when you give him the date and time.
