Prior to his current role, Mitchell was a partner at Nolte, Drain, & Rosenthal, PLLC, and operated his own successful practice at the Law Office of Mitchell R. Nolte from 2005 to 2007. His commitment to public service is evident from his tenure at the Collin County Criminal District Attorney’s Office, where he diligently served from 1996 to 2005.
Mitchell has held board certifications in Criminal Law since 2003 and Criminal Appellate Law since 2013. These certifications underscore his proficiency and in these areas of law, enhancing his ability to provide exceptional representation to his clients.
In addition to his professional endeavors, Mitchell remains actively engaged in pro-bono activities, demonstrating his commitment to giving back to the community.
