Hired Attorney Mr. Michael Sloan

My wife came into see Mr Sloan for consultation today. She felt immediately, due to Mr Sloan's demenaor that her consultation was an inconvenience. Mr Sloan was annoyed, bordering on disrespectful. My wife felt attacked rather than comforted during a consultation that I would hope a lawyer would seek our confidence to attain our buiness. Obviously Mr Sloan is too busy to take another case, we will seek cousel elsewhere.

 
Social Security Disability

Hired Law Firm

We hired Michael to represent our interest in a social security disability claim in 2013. In 2016 he failed to file our last appeal in federal court on time. As you can imagine this has caused us considerable harm and we are filing a complaint for sanctions against him with the state bar association and are seeking legal counsel elsewhere for damages. After almost five years of waiting we are at a dead end with our Social Security Disability Claim because of Michael's irresponsibility.
