Hull represented the insurance company in my claim. A month after court I received a couple of bills that were supposed to be paid directly to the medical providers from the insurance company. I contacted Hull and this is what she told me "Pam,If you would have provided the bills and the information to begin with, then it would have allowed us to not address potential extraneous issues. " My math is correct . I had to correct their math several times on the LEGAL DOCUMENTS!!!
Billing was not upfront nor fair. Attorney was paid in advance however, after matter was settled an extra bill was submitted to consumer. This bill was not disclosed prior to request for payment. The office account manager was left three voice mails to discuss said matter but never returned a phone call. It was a horrible experience I truly felt cheated.
