Abernathy, Roeder, Boyd & Hullett, P.C., traces its roots to 1876, making it one of the oldest law firms in the southwest. Located in McKinney, Texas, we have grown to be one of the largest in Collin County, home of two of the fastest growing cities in the United States.

We take pride in the accomplishments of our attorneys and staff. Our attorneys seek continuous professional and personal advancement and adhere to the highest ethical standards. We encourage active participation by all in professional activities as well as civic, charitable, political and educational endeavors. In addition to having been achieved the highest rating for legal ability in Martindale-Hubbell and included in the Bar Register of Preeminent Lawyers by Martindale-Hubbell, some of our attorneys have been designated Super Lawyers and Rising Stars by Texas Monthly. A number of our attorneys have been certified in their practice areas by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization in civil litigation, appellate litigation, and residential and commercial real estate. We focus our legal practice on a wide range of litigation, real estate and business-related services. Hired Attorney D. Ray Murphy

We have used other attorney's in the past and have always been pleased. A good friend recommended Ray Murphy and I have used him for all legal issues since then and have always been extremely satisfied. The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*
