I hired this lawyer to help with outstanding payments my ex husband owed me - He was very good in the begining. Once the hearing was over there was no follow through. The new order was sent to the wrong place, an amount was keyed incorrectly, no explanation on how other amounts were going be reimbursed to me...Very disappointing.
Robert Fetzner did not even attempt to do his job. As a GAL you are to do an investigation as quickly as possible. He took almost 3 years to do literally nothing. It should take 6mo, according to family law experts. He asked to speak to "witnesses", and NEVER DID. He did not even do an in home visit. He took $30,000 and literally did nothing. Its very sad--and is borderline malpractice-to not do your job especially when children are involved. I hope he decides to stop being a GAL.
