I was scheduled for an appointment at 2 p.m., Sept 5th, 2017 for an accident that occurred Aug 29th, 2017. My vehicle was totaled and I suffered major injuries. I arrived to my appointment early, which I walked to in 90 degree heat because I had no way of transportation. When I had arrived I was told the attorney was stuck in court but that she would call before the end of the day. I never received a call. I called back the following day and received HORRIBLE customer service from the reception!
