Tom has an excellent understanding of the workings of the legal system, especially in Hidalgo County, TX. He has a very practical approach to handling legal matters and is very diligent in following ethical guidelines. It's just unfortunate that other attorneys don't comply. I'd highly recommend Tom to anyone with a legal issue that requires an attorney's help.
