Hired Attorney

Unprofessional, unreliable. Commits perjury in cases, has witnesses that have nothing to do with a case testify & lie about circumstances to make an opposing party look bad. Files cases against others frivolously w/ the intent to harass, intimidate, and destroy the life of opposing parties. He stalks opposing parties & has them served w/ invalid hearings to try & intimidate. He was arrested for DUI 2021, hitting a man & his two children in McAlester, Oklahoma Wal-Mart parking lot, threatened to ruin the officer's career, but got his charges dismissed & expunged from public viewing because he doesn't want anyone to know his true colors. Currently there is a lawsuit pending against this lawyer for damages. Feel free to look it up: In the District Court in and for Pittsburg County, Oklahoma. GOLDSBY, TUCKER RAY et al VS. CHERRY, WESLEY JAMES No. CJ-2023-00205. (Civil relief more than $10,000: NEGLIGENCE). Filed: 08/09/2023. Judge: LOGE, ORVIL Wes Cherry needs to be disbarred!
