He did NOTHING. He ignored emails, didn’t give any legal advice. After I found out he didn’t have any idea what my case was about (after having been paid over $5,000 nearly two months prior) I decided to fire him. He tried to coerce me to keep him retained threatening he would take majority of my retainer. He billed me nearly $3,000 for not filing a single piece of paper or having a single legal conversation with me. He charged me for sending him emails he requested me to send! Then refused to give me my Trust Account Ledger and client file!
Horrible, horrible people they suck... They took 5,000$ from me and NEVER settled either of my cases and like a coward dropped me. I never even got my custody agreement typed up, they done absolutely nothing for me but take my money .... Pathetic
Very very crappy, do not recommend, I hired them let me remind you 5,000 for a child custody case and a criminal case!!!! My child case was never resolved we never even stepped in front of a judge and after he hit me up for another 2,000 he withdrew from my criminal case! They suck
These attorneys price gouge and won’t return phone calls for weeks on end. They dropped the ball on mailing notices for my case and that ended up costing us thousands of dollars. They didn’t even notify us of the error, they just mishandled the mailings and didn’t correct until months after the fact. I wouldn’t recommend this firm for anything unless you’re interested in paying an egregious hourly rate for mediocre work.

His firm is immoral and unethical. They charged me an outrageous fee and did absolutely nothing for me except ask for more money. They are rude, hateful and have made me have a bad opinion of lawyers. Todd Konsure yelled at me for approximately 20 minutes in his office using foul language. His partner, Josh Reid is also a very distrusting and dishonest person. I feel pity for any client of this firm.
