Brecken was everything I could have asked for in a lawyer. I was embarrassed and i didn't have a clue when it came to finding a lawyer. He explained every option to me, the risks, and possible outcomes. Honestly, I didn't win the entire case but he and colleague Jeff did everything they could. They fought for me very hard. I can say things would have been much worse without them. In the grand scheme of things, I suppose the case turned out well. I am still stinging just I little. I love you guys! I retained Wagner and Lynch for my girlfriends case brought against her by the Stste of Oklahoma, it was later taken over by the Federal system and they continued to keep in close contact with me and her throughout the entire case. Our experience with Blake Lynch at Wagner & Lynch raises significant concerns—particularly in terms of his record-keeping and the handling of client retainers. We paid Blake Lynch $4,500 only for him to claim 2 years later he was not paid and withdrew from a very important guardianship case. How the F do you lose $2,500.00? In conclusion, our experience with Mr. Lynch was very, very disappointing, to say the least. Whether it was negligence, poor record-keeping, or something more, I would advise others to proceed with exteme caution when considering his services.

It is obvious from reading the reviews that Blake Lynch posted them himself. Thus giving the appearance of five stars when he rated his own law firm. Horrible law firm, rate ar zero stars, and recommend nobody use this firm.
