The whole time I was his client, he ignored the demands of my creditors and for this reason my bank accounts were frozen, seized my salary, and I almost lost my house. When I got another lawyer, asked him to return at least a part of the money paid in advance and took 5 months waiting for your reply.
complete nightmare. got nothing done and charged 3x the normal rate. Found out later on. On top of that, he's lacking on his aptitude as an attorney. Don't Hire this person, or you will regret it.
Liar - misleading his own clients - lost a lot by putting my trust in him. Money, more money and nothing else matters to this guy. My family was teared apart with unbelievable loses just because I put my trust in a liar, incompetent and complete clown on his “profession”. One advice “ RUN don’t just walk away from him”
It is concerning that Gilberto M. Garica accepted over $120,000 to represent and defend a murder suspect who was found guilty. Garcia's conduct in this trial found that his client's guilty verdict was due to Garcia's Ineffective Assistance of Council. Garcia testified he had no criminal law experience even though he took over $120,000 from his client to defend him in a criminal law murder trial.
The main word that comes to mind is LIAR. I feel entirely betrayed by this “lawyer”. Hopefully karma is catching up to this loser that is just another money hungry inept practitioner who should be banned from the profession indefinitely. If you are thinking about hiring this guy, THINK AGAIN!
