I cannot overstate the impact this attorney had on our family. As our Guardian ad Litem, she demonstrated an extraordinary level of care, professionalism, and dedication. From the very beginning, she took the time to speak directly with our children—not just as a formality, but with genuine empathy and insight. She listened, asked thoughtful questions, and truly considered what was best for them, not just legally but emotionally and developmentally. Her research was thorough, her communication impeccable. Every email was met with a prompt, detailed response, and every phone call was handled with attentiveness and clarity. She never left us wondering or waiting. Her attention to detail was unmatched, and her ability to navigate complex issues with both precision and compassion was remarkable. If it weren’t for her advocacy, my children’s lives would look very different today.

My professional dealings with Ms. D'Amico have been nothing but professional and courteous. She is responsive, compassionate and an advocate for children. I highly recommend her. She is always willing to listen and has always given solid advice.

I do not recommend Ann D Amico. My ex husband made false allegations against me in regards to my mental health, a text message in which I quoted a police officer. Despite multiple mental health professionals diagnoses to support my case because 1 wasn’t good enough, medical records and supervised visits that were legal medical records, Ms. Ann D Amico didn’t get the answer she was looking for that supported my ex husbands allegations. Which were admittedly false. It has been over a year, there has been 0 progress made. She had contacted medical providers without obtaining a hippa release. My daughter has stated numerous times she wants to talk to me, see me, that has fallen on deaf ears. She doesn’t act in the best interest of the child. She is self serving, dragging out a case, that ultimately is having a psychologically negative impact on my child. She accused me of having supervisors, including medical professionals, lie on my behalf. She is discriminating, unethical, sadistic.

Ms. D Amico is currently the GAL in our custody case. My ex husband made false allegations to obtain a restraining order, and despite medical records, emails, text messages, police reports, Ms. D Amico has continued to neglect the best interest of my child. She has failed to return emails which has resulted in accumulative 8 weeks no visits. When I expressed my concerns, she encouraged me to violate the restraining order. Despite being contacted with the Federal Marketplace and Centers for Medicare & Medicaid services where the federal government has trusted me to attempt to help over 7,000 families in the last year, Ann D Amico has continued to be self serving, neglecting, abusing her power and practice the legal definition of discrimination. Not only do I not recommend her, attorneys with these antics should be disbarred.
