Rob Dubyak took over $4K of money from my family working a simple boundary line/survey dispute with a neighbor, with no results. He took this money because he refused to file a quite title and represent us in court. For 13 months, he charged for reviewing the same documents, reaching out to the other party, working for a "settlement", when we hired Dubyak, Esq. he said, “we may have to file and litigate our issues in court”. My wife and I told Rob to file over, and over again. Yet Rob persisted in revisiting months old documents, convincing us he would “take one more stab” at resolution outside of court.In fact, Rob charged us for review of a counteroffer from the neighbor that we (the client) red-lined ourselves. In other words, Rob received an offer from the opposition, ignored it for weeks, we the client red-lined our response to that offer: and Rob Dubyak Esq. charged his clients for doing what he was hired to do. Absurd.
