Mr. Hess serves as a volunteer officer on the Board of Directors for the Rental Housing Association of Sacramento Valley, a non-profit trade association representing the residential property management industry. The association benefited from his tax and legal advice on a range of issues, including federal 1099 reporting requirements regarding vendors and service providers, formation of political action committees, corporate by laws, state and federal tax returns, and personnel matters.
