Attorney Riddell was phenomenal! I had a couple unfortunate charges that I was dealing with and was uncertain and didn't have an understanding of the process. He kept me calm and walked me through the legal process from start to finish. He was very responsive, answered my questions right away and was organized and was extremely professional! I give Attorney Riddell a 10/10 for sure!

When I contacted attorney Riddell I was very discouraged by the traffic citation I had received. However, Mr. Riddell put me at ease by his clear understanding of my situation and concerns. I immediately engaged him as an advocate. He then immediately began to work on my behalf. He clearly instructed me on what I needed to do. So I quickly took those steps prescribed and submitted the needed documentation. Attorney Riddell patiently worked with the court officers, communicated with me on each step in the process, and produced wonderful results. His services were surprisingly affordable and his office was pleasant to work with.

This is the lawyer for you if you want someone that is going to work hard for you, and get the best possible outcome that a lawyer can. Doug Riddell is top-notch! He has been my husband's attorney on three cases (OVI, violation of a protection order, and probation violation)...My husband kept his work driving privileges the whole time of his OVI suspension, and didn't have to miss work to go to court until the final hearing. Also he kept him out of jail. The protection order case was dismissed at the first hearing. The probation violation is still pending, but he has already done more than we expected, and we have complete faith that he will come through for us yet again. I stop short of calling him a miracle worker, but I would recommend him to anyone in a bad spot. He is affordable, and he really works hard for you. His honesty is refreshing! Look no further, as a phone call to Doug Riddell will be the best decision you make.

Phenomenal service. Doug made the entire process seamless and stress free from the very first phone call. I didn't even need to appear in traffic court as Doug took care of everything and was able to get both charges completely dismissed. The best experience one could hope for.

I had a great experience all around with Doug Riddell and would recommend his office any anyone needing assistance with any traffic offense. In my case everything was handled through email and phone which was awesome because I didn't have to take time off work for anything, court appearance included. Doug is definitely on speed dial if I or a friend ever need help!
