Rose and Moffatt, PLLC is a law firm with an office in Maryville, TN. At this office location, there are 2 lawyers practicing domestic relations, divorce, child custody and 7 other areas of law.
He's very passionate about taking care of his clients needs. His ability to communicate very difficult and sensitive matters in a manner that the average person can easily understand is my opinion outstanding to say the least. His professionalism and honest non bias facts are without question. As a lawyer, he's very precise and compassionate when dealing with sensitive family matters. He's without a doubt the very best lawyer I've come to know and respect.
Also did step parent adoption when I remarried.
I have hired this office for the case to end with the attorneys conflict of interest and over 3 years of stalls between this office and Myers and Dillard. It is my belief, and based on experience there is a major buddy buddy system among legal representation in Blount county and that buddy buddy system revolves arround the highest bidder. If is my experience Daphane Moffatt will talk a good game, but when it comes time to deliver she rolls over and or is corrupted. Would I recommend this office for a custody case? NO, not if you ever wanted to get anything done in your favor, let alone done by any standard and legal time frame in this country. I feel absolutley betrayed not once but twice, and years of being strung along while she did nothing but the bidding of the prosecution. It also seems there may be a drug issue inside of the office based on certin observations to include looks of those inside the office and inability to follow through with any agreement.
She does the very minimum and often times doesn't feel like she's working for you.
