Hired Attorney Jason Beddingfield

Ignored TN JUV Rule 301 while acting as magistrate in Blount County juvenile court. Does not adhere to Tennessee's mandated reporting laws. The fact that he was unaware or made a mistake was detrimental to our case. DCS is to be notified of allegations, particularly when they warranted an ex parte emergency removal from the natural parent.

All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*
