I had false allegations against me and Mr. Sutton had all of 3 of my charges dismissed. They were assault, battery and a violation of protection order. The accuser was able to place a protection order against me with no evidence whatsoever which is puzzling, and that will stay on my record but all criminal charges were thankfully dismissed. The protection order was a family court matter and through a separate lawyer (not Mr. Sutton). Mr. Sutton was very professional and I recommend him for criminal representation.
Chris made my divorce all but seamless from our first meeting to the last . He made me feel comfortable about my situation and gave me the direction I needed at a time I needed it most. I have never had to use a lawyer before this time, so I am really unsure if it was good or bad. I had to go to court 5 times and each time the arresting officer failed to appear. the last time I went to court mark had my DUI charge reduced to reckless driving with just a fine to pay.
Mean, heartless , and unsypathetic to me who was paying him. Appeared to have a king of his own empire mentality, and loved the rush of power and control in his own belly far to much. Nothing that was important to me was important to him. Acts lime herding cattle through a divorce system. MONEY.
