Logan Burke did a fantastic job handling an ancillary estate administration case for me. I'm a Maryland lawyer but one of my estates had a WV real property asset that needed an ancillary probate proceeding. WV law is very different than MD law. Not only did Logan do any excellent job with a very difficult and unusual situation, but she also did a great job helping me understand the differences in probate law between the 2 states. She was always highly responsive, even though most of the ancillary proceeding happened during the COVID-19 crisis. The next time I need a West Virginia lawyer, she'll be the first person I call!
