I was stopped while traveling out-of-town in the mountains. The officer wrote me a ticket for multiple traffic violations, which carried the risk of losing my driver's license and incurring (very expensive) points against my insurance. My fear and anxiety over this situation were much relieved after contacting Mr. Sharpe. His assistants were extremely helpful in gathering my past driving records and information. He got my tickets dismissed without me even going to court. Highly recommended!
Mr. Sharpe was hired after an initial interview, and paid up-front as he requested. Since that time, he has NEVER performed what he initially promised he would. He has consistently refused to timely respond to opposing counsel motions, to correct his faulty paperwork. He has not provided us copies of paperwork, this matter - real estate property lines and adverse possession has been delayed over 1 year, with no resolution in site. Mr. Sharpe does appear knowledgeable, but his performance is severely lacking. He has earned a rating of "1".
Brian Sharpe was recommended to me in Aug, 2023. I retained him to assist me in selling a property in NC. The main purpose was to have some legal details addressed concerning a property to result in a sale. Since that time I have NEVER received a call from his office with any updates. I always have to call him to get them. For well over a year he has done absolutely nothing to assist in ressolving this situation. There has been minimal followup. I intend to do everything in my power to get my money back.
