Extremely knowledgeable! She is amazing, will fight for you in and out of court. Amazing team as well! I was kept up to date every step of the way. Anytime I was panicking about an issue, Dawn reached out and made sure to explain everything to me. Felt like i did not have to worry about anything knowing I had her as an attorney! Could not be more happy with the service provided!
She was very accommodating with our schedule. We needed a late evening appointment on two occasions and she came into the office for us.

I first contacted Dawn to request a legal will be drawn up for me and my, then, wife. Shortly thereafter, I needed to file for divorce. Since I had a good experience with her doing my will, I retained her for my divorce matter. The main points are: 1) Communication: Dawn AND her legal assists, namely Suzanne are okay to deal with, until there is an issue. My issue was finding out that Dawn set up a conference with the Judge, on my behalf, and did not bother to tell me. Granted, she is working on my behalf, but as the client, I should be notified of everything. 2) Billing: Dawn and her office quickly sent me bills, demanding immediate payment, but I never received immediate notification of case facts when I was supposed to have them. 3) Divorce Order: I had to call the clerk myself to get my final order. Mind you, I was told by the clerk that the order had been sent to Dawn on 12/21/2022. But on 1/10/2023, I was told by Suzanne they had to follow up to see where it was. WATCH OUT!
Totally unprepared in court. I ended up presenting my case to the judge directly! It was as if she never reviewed my case.
