Hired Attorney

They guided me through a very tense time in my life after the accident. Everything my lawyer and team had to say with regard to the claim and what to expect was completely accurate. I was hit by a bull dozer, hurt my lower back and my neck. Had to have laser surgery on a couple discs in my back. This law firm fought hard for me, and never stopped working for me until I had the money I deserved.

I retained Console and Hollawell not only for a slip and fall incident at a casino a few years back, but for my motor vehicle accident as well. Console and Hollawell was initially recommended to me and I now refer my friends and family to Console and Hollawell. I have no problems with the services provided and would tell others to go to Console and Hollawell.

Slip and Fall resulting in a closed head injury and multiple spinal injuries that required 2 lumbar laminectomy discectomy surgeries; Assault - $250,000 Recovery. A minor was assaulted by a co-worker, sustaining severe emotional trauma; Auto Accident - $240,000 Recovery. Automobile accident involving a vehicle that disregarded a stop sign. Injuries to a guest passenger included a fracture of the right humorous and radial nerve palsy requiring an operative procedure; Auto Accident - $230,000 Settlement (On $250,000 Policy Limit).
