I woke up one day and everything was fine. Within two hours my life changed completely when I fell on the ice at work. After being treated at a hospital and in horrible pain, I didn't know what to do next. I didn't know when or if I could return to work and I certainly didn't know what my rights were. Hired Attorney

Never answers emails or returns calls! Had my case 6 months/nothing done! My adjuster said I reached medical plateau NOT my doctor, still under his care. Clancy informed me he filed a "MOTION FOR MEDICAL INTENT" & the COURT informed me he did NOT! THEN, he no longer wanted my case due to the distant he had to drive - REALLY? He knew where I worked b4 he took my case & should have NEVER taken me on. I found a new lawyer & he played games for weeks in delivering my file! NON CARING & WOULDN'T USE
