I fired this Law Firm for consistent incompetence, neglect and lack of communication. My case was passed to a baby attorney who left the firm before it was resolved, and then to Rocky Ratliff who treated my case like an inconvenient burden that was dropped on his desk. They're super quick and responsive to accepting your retainer fee though. Do not hire this Law Firm if you can't afford to lose. They are comfortable with failure.
Do not hire this firm if you value your freedom and / or money. We retained Rocky Ratliff and thought it was an added bonus when our consult included JC Ratliff . How can we go wrong right ? Wrong !!! JC was non existent after the consult . Perhaps he accidentally wondered into the room on his way to the bathroom . Rocky talked a good game and had the swagger to go along with it but we definitely should have did our homework !!! Turns out his reputation DOES NOT precede him . Our case was handed off to a colleague who left the firm approximately one week after my husbands sentencing. This firm will take your money but give you minimum work in return . We felt abandoned and cheated out of a proper defense . Now we are forced to retain a second attorney out of Columbus who has pointed out every rookie mistake made by this firm . Shameful that we have to pay more money to fix what this firm did. Rocky Ratliff has since not responded to my corresp or calls .
