Provided all the work for him and didn’t do anything. Came to me with what the defending attorney wanted. When I said I didn’t accept the issue. He complained like a child and told me “you pay me for my advice and you didn’t take it”. Absolutely the worst attorney. When we stood in front of the judge he showed up with a blank notebook…. I provided MONTHS OF CONVERSATION as evidence, a recorded phone call on what was needed and a checklist of what was needed in order to move on with my case and much more and a blank notebook is what I got in court. This man is the assitant prosecutor in Marion. I really hope he can serve his community better than he did me.
