Mr Wakefield failed to follow the direct request of client. He demonstrated lack of emotional restraint when challenged and failed to demonstrate appropriate adversarial skills. His educational background is third tier. He should be avoided by clients who require representation against others who retain council educated at superior schools, have greater experience and are not afraid of conflict when appropriate. His fees are excessive relative to quality of service and geographic position.
