About Mr. Tristan B. Morrison

Tristan Morrison is a founding partner of Morrison & Hughes. Mr. Morrison has more than a decade of experience handling workers’ compensation and other injury claims. He attended law school at the University of Georgia, graduating cum laude, then worked at two of the best defense firms in Fulton and Cobb county. He has an intimate knowledge of the insurance industry and routinely tries cases before the State Board of Workers’ Compensation.

Mr. Morrison grew up in California, and he also passed the California bar exam in 2006. However, Mr. Morrison practices exclusively in Georgia, where he is an active member of the Atlanta Bar and Workers’ Compensation Section. Mr. Morrison is also a fundraiser for multiple charities. He lives in Smyrna with his wife, son, and great pyrenees dog.

Tristan is extremely knowledgeable. He helped me through the whole process, for more than two years. He put my preferences first and really listened to what I needed. He got my care approved quickly, and he knew all the doctors, including whether they worked for insurance companies.

I had a major accident, so I needed an attorney that could handle a big case. My sister and I looked on the internet, and we chose Morrison & Hughes because they had such a good reputation. It was the right choice and I'm so glad that I didn't choose a TV lawyer! The lawyers at MH are friendly and easy to talk to. They understood how to handle my case from the beginning, even though it had a lot of complicated issues.

Mr. Morrison and Mr. Hughes made me feel so comfortable. I had a bad accident, and I needed to know more about my rights. This firm gives such good information! Mr. Morrison earned my trust, and he kept it throughout litigation. Everything was timely, and I never once felt like I was lost in the shuffle. Also, I really felt like they understood my situation, and I never felt like they talked down to me. I'm so glad that I chose them! I would recommend them to anyone!!!

My whole life was falling apart, and then on top of everything else, I got hurt. I did not know what to do, so I reached out Morrison & Hughes. From the very beginning, Tristan Morrison was on top of my case, providing me with reassurance. His team is amazing, and he was extremely supportive. I found Tristan Morrison through a friend, and I knew from the beginning that he was the right attorney for me. He is incredibly smart and knows the law backwards and forwards. I had a terrible accident and needed help! Mr. Morrison fought the insurance company for months, and I was very happy with the results. Also, whenever I called Morrison & Hughes, I got to speak with a lawyer - not an assistant, not a paralegal. My lawyer understood my case, and the insurer knew that he would go to trial

When I got hurt, I found myself in a maze of insurance problems and stonewalling. Tristan came to my rescue. He is very thorough, and anticipated my questions ahead of time. He promptly returned my calls, and gave me a lot of useful information. I feel like he really fought for me, putting forth the strongest possible legal effort. He contacted my physicians, helped me get the care that I needed, and was super aggressive in litigation.

I'm very happy with how Mr. Morrison handled my injury case. There were a lot of complicated issues, but Mr. Morrison dedicated time to educating me on my rights, and walking me through the legal process. Whenever I called him on the phone, he would answer the phone himself, and I never got stuck working with a paralegal or an assistant. If I got his voicemail, he would call me back right away.
