Stephen M. Katz holds a B.A. in finance from Georgia State University and a J.D. from Mercer University. He is licensed to practice law in Georgia and New York, including the United States Supreme Court, the United States Court of Appeals for the 11th Circuit, the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York, and the United States District Court for the Northern, Middle and Southern Districts of Georgia.
Mr. Katz is a co-author of the books "Sexual Harassment in Employment and Education" and "Same-Sex Sexual Harassment: Is it Actionable?"
In 1993, Georgia Governor Zell Miller appointed Mr. Katz to the Georgia Commission on Equal Opportunity.
