Great communicator and very accessible. Prompt return of all phone calls. And didn't blow smoke as to what was and what was not possible. And when I was emotional he was able to help me see all sides in a calm and logical approach. He was very efficient and economical for my budget. I would use him again for anything legal in a minute.
The Supreme Court of Georgia issued a ruling on May 6, 2025, accepting the voluntary surrender of this attorney's license. This ruling is equivalent to disbarment. He admitted to converting $27,500 of his client’s funds. Beware: this man is no longer allowed to practice law in the State of Georgia.
An absolute nightmare. I wish I could go back 3 years and get back that time. You get no response. You get lied to over and over and over and over again. He has every excuse in the book for why he didn't Do what was asked of him. He's at the airport but he'll call you later. Not. He's been out of the country but he'll call you as soon as he gets back not. He's been sick but he'll call you as soon as he's better. Not. He took care of filing on your behalf. Not. In 3 years it never stopped. He's happy to keep your retainer though. I've never worked with any professional that had this extensive level of deception and lack of integrity. I have emails and text messages to back everything up. This is not a case of being mildly disgrunted over a mere mistake. Please contact me if you would like me to provide that to you. You've been warned about this guy.
It is with great sadness that I write this review. People do have bad months /years and they are capable of change, but please be warned. Mr. Morrison treated my family very unethically. He did not respond promptly and ghosted us several times when we asked to let him go and receive the remainder of the retainer back. I have never Been spoken to buy a professional let alone on Attorney in such an unprofessional immature way when I tried to get him to do the the right thing
