Avoid This Lawyer – Unprepared, Negligent, and Unprofessional Our family had an incredibly disappointing and frustrating experience with Mr. Korn. From the beginning, he showed a complete lack of preparation and professionalism in handling the case. He failed to gather essential evidence, neglected key legal arguments, and ultimately went into trial unprepared. His negligence significantly impacted our case and resulted in a rushed and poorly handled trial. Beyond his lack of competence, his behavior was shockingly unprofessional. During visitations, he acted inappropriately, laughing at inappropriate moments and even passing gas during meetings, showing a complete disregard for the seriousness of the situation. I would not recommend him to anyone.
