I've used Justin Wyatt three times over a period of 5 years. My complaints consist of being charged copy fees for the copies I supplied to him, which he credited the fees back to me, but then he lost the paperwork and I had to provide him with the copies a second time. Overall I was happy with my results. I recommended his services to my brother, Mr Wyatt lost the paperwork, which he admitted flew out of his convertible while driving. After several blunders my brother chose another lawyer.
Low and behold, I had to go to another lawyer to get some clarification of my decree, because what I understood the language to read per the decree (which were the steps I was taking) and what I was to do in efforts to obtain proceeds from my home to give to my ex-wife VS what/how the language in legalese read, was VERY different, and it wasn't clear to me what I was missing. Justin not only refused to go over and explain to me how the language was missed on his end, but became blatantly ignorant, rude, nasty and wildly unprofessional. His oversight of the document is now costing me $70K+ in real estate proceeds. His failure to provide thorough, legal council and follow-through on something as critical as someone's divorce, has had a huge negative impact on my ability to move forward with an investment such as how proceeds from my home will be divided. I recently asked again for his help and he simply said I will NOT. He won't even grant an apology for missing what should have been
After 1yr, we settled on own. Wyatt’s fees were deemed excessive by a peer. I had to continually email to get any details, and clarify ineffective communication, & charged for responses. He refused to provide paperwork for me to review before signing & after signing. He was late to court w/ no communication; contributed to opposing councils judge campaign. He was condescending at best. When he failed to inform me my activities GPS tracked and I asked why? He replied, “S, move on, Justin” & more
