This is my personal opinion. My experience with this firm was frustrating from the start — poor communication, vague responses, and little transparency. At one point, after raising concerns with the managing partner, the attorney emailed me listing her degrees instead of addressing my concerns, which felt like a “how dare you question me” response. I was billed twice, over $500 each, for “strategy sessions” I wasn’t invited to, wasn’t told about, and never learned the outcome of. Invoices were vague, yet they had free access to withdraw funds. Fees felt far out of proportion to the work done, and I ultimately had to hire another firm at my own expense. Their reply to my earlier review was misleading, and in my opinion, they prioritize billable hours over professionalism, transparency, empathy, and client care. Proceed with extreme caution.
