I spoke with Attorney Dan Wirth. I told him about my situation and he gave me great advice on how to handle the situation. Most importantly, he realized that it would be more efficient for me to handle it on my on, rather than try and pay for the services of an attorney, since the amount of my situation was so small. That's true modesty. I will recommend this firm to anyone!!!

Anne Arnold Watkins was my Aunt's lawyer. My Aunt had hijacked my Mother's conservatorship/trustfund from her. We wanted to know for many years who my Aunt's lawyer was so that we could ask him/her to hand back my Mother's legal documents and accounts. We found out through a mutual acquaintance that my Aunt used this lawyer to manage my Mother's funds. My Mother has never had access to her account ever since her foster mother stole the document from my Mother as it had come registered mail. The theft was many decades ago. In that time my Aunt has committed identity fraud by using my Mother's identity to obtain funds. We would really appreciate it if the law firm of Gregory Doyle Calhoun and Rogers would return my Mother's papers/accounts. Please do not put in me in direct contact w/ Watkins or the law firm, nor even act as an agent for me in your contact as there is a restraining order against me not to use 3rd party means to put me in touch. I am just exercising my free speech rights.
Please do not go to the estates division of GDCR. There is a blond haired woman in her 60's who we know is fraudulently concealing a trust account from someone. She is totally conscienceless. She is hiding the account for benefit of someone else who is not in the family line. She should be seeking the person who is named on the account and that person has shown up, but the true account holder is not honored. She says she is good at complex family dynamics(!). I am sorry but it is the truth.
